Now that your pregnancy has been confirmed, you must plan
for your child's future. You may choose to raise your child,
place your child with a family for permanent adoption or (depending
on how far you are in your pregnancy) opt for an abortion.
We have prepared several worksheets that may help you make a decision.
The decision not to parent a child is likely to be the most difficult
one you will ever make. Now is not the time to "be strong alone."
We would like to "be there with you." We will not be judgmental; we
will be supportive of your decision and sensitive to your needs.
Advocates for Adoption counselors will be happy to talk
with you, the birth father and/or members of your family.
A child touches many lives. The birth father, friends, and
members of your extended families may want to talk with the
adoption professionals you have selected.
